of Mice and Men

Just because everybody likes you and is enjoying your company at the moment, does not mean this is the authentic you. I'm not trying to put a damper on things, but keep that in the back of your head.

I bought two art prints yesterday from Bix DeBaise's booth at the Park Ave festival. One is the Rochester skyline, the other is of Jine's. I almost got the George Eastman House print as well. He told me he had to climb a tree to get the picture to draw that one from. He also had to move a tree 10 feet to the right. I told him I knew exactly what he meant — I'd walked past the Eastman House not 30 minutes before, taking a picture, and there is a small tree planted directly in front of the house marring its frontal view for some reason. Crack-addict landscapers.

Anyway, these prints are beautiful. I need to find perfect frames for them.

I have four pets: Mouse With Great Spirit, Zora The Terrific Athlete, Ittta Bitta Minna (AKA Mouse Who Wears Pajamas), and Nina Marina. Nina doesn't have a Native American name, but she does have a middle name.

My breasts are sunburnt. Serves me right for exposing them. I wore a camisole top to the festival expecting to get browned. Turns out that when the sun is at high noon, the only things that are going to bake are your forehead and whatever is coming out of the top of your camisole.

Man-shopping at the festival was a bust, no pun intended, but there it is. Why is it that everybody who caught my eye was pushing a baby stroller the size of an SUV?

OK, I've listed my rodents, talked about my bosoms, and rambled about pastel prints. It's time to get ready for work and get some caffeine.
