Thankfuls

and have been spreading the good vibes with their thankful lists on their livejournals. Even though I'm home sick today with no voice (and no energy whatsoever. BLAH.), I find myself inspired to do the same.

I'm thankful for:

1. Good friends who happen to be really good people on top of it all, and set good examples for others without ever presuming to tell others what to do. Having peer-group role models is an inspiration, and it really does make me feel blessed.
2. Mice who are so funny, friendly, loving, and extraordinary in various ways.
3. A terrific apartment that's cozy AND spacious, has thermally insulated windows, heat controls I can adjust, terrific character, and all utilities included.
4. The will to keep said apartment clean and clutter-free most of the time.
5. Having Dunkin' Donuts coffee AND Wegmans within 1 mile of my place.
6. Learning how to propagate love, selflessness, and positivity.
7. Modern medicine.
8. Empire State College and their flexibility for working folk, not to mention their wonderful faculty.
9. Possessing a dishwasher.
10. craigslist, the cheapest way to buy antique furniture.
11. My job, which has excellent benefits and keeps giving me more $$.
12. Having my car paid off.
13. Living in a city large enough to be culturally satisfying, but small enough to be comfortable in.
